  • Customised Garments: As these items are made to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customised garments. This includes items with personalized text, logos, specific sizing adjustments, or unique designs. Please ensure you double-check all specifications and sizing information before placing your order for customised items. We are happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure a perfect fit and design before production begins.
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items marked as non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via [email address or phone number] to inform us of your intention to return an item (excluding customised garments). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return authorisation: We will then provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, if possible, and clearly labelled with the return authorisation number.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions (excluding customised garments), we will process your refund within [number] business days. Faulty Items:
