Terms and Conditions: Supply Your Own Garment (SYOG)

1. Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for our "Supply Your Own Garment" service (SYOG). By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Garment Condition

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the garment you provide is in good condition and suitable for printing. This includes checking for pre-existing stains, rips, tears, or any damage that may worsen during the printing process.
• We reserve the right to refuse any garment deemed unsuitable for printing.

3. Damage Disclaimer

• Printing processes, while precise, carry a small inherent risk of damaging the garment. This includes but is not limited to, scorching, shrinkage, colour bleeding, or misprints.
• We are not liable for any damage caused to your garment during the printing process, including damage caused by printer malfunctions.
• We will not replace garments damaged during printing under the SYOG service.

4. Artwork and Design

• You are responsible for ensuring your artwork or design meets our printing specifications. We will provide these specifications upon request.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing designs deemed inappropriate or offensive.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment

• Once you submit your garment, artwork, and printing instructions, your order will be considered confirmed.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order confirmation.

6. Turnaround Time and Delivery

• Turnaround times for SYOG printing may differ from regular services. We will provide an estimated turnaround time at the time of order confirmation.
• You are responsible for arranging the pick-up or delivery of your printed garment.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability under these terms is limited to the cost of the printing service itself. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the use of our SYOG service.

9. Entire Agreement

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the SYOG service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

10. Amendment

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
